Bashkiria included in Russian regions with very high levels of budget data openness

According to the results of the ranking of the level of openness of budget data for 2022, prepared by the FRI of the Russian Ministry of Finance, Bashkiria once again confirmed a very high level of transparency of budget data (136.5 points out of 151 possible) and entered the Top 20 regions with a very high level of openness of budget data and in the Top 5 best subjects in the Russian Federation and the Volga Federal District, taking 18th and 4th places, respectively. An extended set of indicators demonstrates the transparency of the region's budget data.

“The high scores of Bashkiria in this rating have a positive effect on the republic's image and are in line with advanced methods of managing public finances,” said Deputy Prime Minister - Republican Minister of Finance Lira Igtisamova.

To take positions in regions with a very high level of openness of budget data, the republic achieved high susceptibility rates in 10 sections of the rating.
