State Duma deputies approved the law on electronic agendas in three readings. As it became known to the Bashinform News Agency after studying the document, the project proposes establishing that a call to the military registration and enlistment office can be duplicated electronically.
“Citizens subject to conscription for military service are required to receive subpoenas. Summons to these citizens are sent in writing and duplicated in electronic form. The agendas should indicate the legal consequences of citizens' failure to comply with the requirements outlined,” the clarifying document says.
Also, at the plenary session, a draft was adopted, which involved the creation of a unified register of persons liable for military service. The military registration and enlistment offices will form it. The following information will be collected in the electronic database: personal data (full name, gender, date of birth), passport data, IIAN and TIN, information about registration and current location, foreign citizenship or residence permit, information about military registration or deregistration, about the place of work, diploma, and education, about the state of health.
