Vladimir Putin signed decree on World Youth Festival held in 2024
The World Youth Festival will be held in Russia in February-March 2024. President Vladimir Putin signed a decree to this effect on Wednesday.
The government was instructed to develop measures for the preparation and holding of the event within three months, as well as to determine funding sources. They also need to be assisted in media coverage of the festival.
The document also approved the organizing committee's composition for the event's preparation. It was headed by the first deputy head of the presidential administration, Sergei Kiriyenko.
