Head of Bashkiria met with Russian Deputy Minister of Sports Odes Baisultanov

Deputy Minister of Sports of Russia Odes Baisultanov arrived on a working visit in Bashkiria. His trip began with a meeting with the Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov. In addition, during the visit, the first meeting of the organizing committee of the Summer Games of Deaflympics “We are together. Sport”, as well as an inspection of a new sports and recreation complex in the Buraevsky district.

“Such objects are significant for the village. Bashkortostan has a large proportion of rural residents - almost 1.7 million people. And we are trying to create a sports infrastructure in almost every village,” the Head of Bashkiria emphasized.

In turn, Odes Baisultanov noted that developing sports in the field is essential. He also thanked Bashkiria for the high organization of all sports events on a national scale.

“It is gratifying that such a modern sports complex is opening in a rural area. First of all, it is necessary to develop the regional sports infrastructure. So that our residents and athletes do not need anything and can fully engage in sports, everything the republic is doing in this direction evokes respect.

Bashkortostan is systematically engaged in the development of sports. As a sectoral ministry, we see this very well. And we know that if a sporting event is held here, it will be held at the highest level. There is no doubt about it. Therefore, special thanks to you for such multifaceted work,” said Odes Baisultanov.
