Strongest Russian man Elbrus Nigmatullin decided to try his hand at politics
Repeated holder of the title "The Strongest Man of Russia", public figure Elbrus Nigmatullin, was among the first to submit the necessary package of documents to the organizing committee for participation in the preliminary voting of the United Russia party for the election of deputies of the State Assembly of Bashkiria, the Bashinform News Agency learned.
“I have already finished my sports career and want to pass on my accumulated experience to our youth. Bashkortostan is a region that motivated me a lot. I hope that I can be useful to the republic. Very grateful and kind people live here, who have always supported me. And I must do my bit to make the life of Bashkortostan a little better,” said Elbrus Nigmatullin.
