Doctors and medical workers in primary health care and ambulances will receive salary increases thanks to the decision of the President of the country, Prime Minister of Bashkiria Andrey Nazarov recalled at a meeting on organizing emergency medical care. It discussed the project to modernize the service.
“Let me remind you that Vladimir Putin gave instructions to develop the ambulance service at a meeting with the Head of the Republic.
We are doing purposeful work to improve the ambulance service, which is bearing fruit.
The decentralization of ambulance services has been completed: it is represented by nine municipal departments based on medical districts. There are two specialized departments in psychiatric hospitals located in Ufa and Sterlitamak.
Of course, ambulance drivers have a lot of workloads. It was proposed to increase their wages, to introduce an additional payment as a measure of social support; let's consider this question.
Building several modular premises for 2 to 8 ambulance crews is necessary. We will soon determine the priority needs to start resolving the issue this year,” the Bashkir prime minister wrote on his social media.
