Bashkiria authorities are going to conduct systematic work on construction industry and housing and communal services development

The government of Bashkiria discussed the strategy for developing the construction, housing, and communal services sectors until 2030.

“As part of the strategy, it is planned to introduce digital tools based on domestic technologies, transfer the main procedures to electronic form, and reduce the investment and construction cycle. All this will reduce the burden on business and simplify the interaction of construction companies with authorities,” said Andrey Nazarov, Prime Minister of the Republican Government.

Yegor Rodin, acting Minister of Construction of the Republic, said that by 2030, 8 projects for the integrated development of territories would be implemented in the region. By this date, it is planned to provide residents of the republic with housing at an average of 34.5 square meters per person.

The head of the construction department also added that in terms of the development of housing and communal services, the strategy provides for the modernization of communal infrastructure systems, the construction of new water supply networks, work to save energy and improve energy efficiency of apartment buildings, increase the level of accessibility and ease of participation of citizens in the management of housing stock.

As Bashinform News Agency reported, the republic consistently occupies a leading position in housing commissioning: in 2022, more than 3 million square meters of residential space were commissioned. Some effective tools were involved: attracting budget funds to improve the living conditions of beneficiaries, solving the problems of deceived equity holders using the capabilities of the Territorial Development Fund, implementing a program to resettle citizens from the emergency fund, using the mechanisms of the federal infrastructure menu, infrastructure budget bonds and much more.
