Obtaining tax benefits procedure for investors approved in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkiria approved the procedure for obtaining tax benefits by investors. Those are provided to investors who have agreed to implement a priority investment project.

The published document contains an algorithm for preparing and issuing conclusions attached to tax returns. 20 working days are allotted for examining the investor's materials, and 3 working days are allotted for signing by the head of the department.

As Bashinform News Agency reported, investment projects with particular social and economic significance can receive priority status. Such projects are provided with a wide range of preferences.

At the end of 2022, the Republican List of Priority Projects includes 39 investment projects with a total investment of 31.6 billion rubles and the creation of 1.9 thousand jobs. The volume of tax incentives for these projects amounted to 954.1 million rubles, and subsidies from the republican budget - 143 million rubles.
