Memorandum on digitalization of business signed in Bashkiria

The Government of Bashkortostan and the ANO "Digital Technologies of Productivity" (DTP) signed a memorandum on the digital transformation of the business as part of International Business Week 2022. The document was certified by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic - Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy Rustam Muratov and Director General of the DTP Pavel Khristenko.

The memorandum is aimed at solving such problems as increasing labor productivity at enterprises through the introduction of domestic digital solutions, attracting support measures for the opening of digitalization at enterprises, promoting the expansion of the practice of using artificial intelligence technologies by enterprises at all levels of management, as well as improving regulatory legal acts of the regional and federal level, contributing to the removal of administrative barriers and the growth of labor productivity.

Sustainable growth in labor productivity will be ensured primarily through the interaction of enterprises of the republic with the digital solutions platform Efficiency.rf, launched by the DTP on behalf of Andrei Belousov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation, as part of the Labor Productivity national project.

Thanks to the platform, enterprises can initiate and accompany digitalization processes in the face of a shortage of competencies and financial resources, as well as against the backdrop of an outflow of foreign software. Free services are available to platform users, from planning a digitalization project and choosing software to monitoring software implementation and training.

Vladimir Dozhdev, Director of the Department of Digital Technologies of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, supported the cooperation initiative: "The expert support offered at Efficiency.rf is a significant saving of effort, time and the opportunity to acquire competencies. We look forward to the active participation of enterprises of the republic in the project."

The overall economic effect of the national project activities on the republic's enterprises amounted to more than 3.5 billion rubles. Today, when digital technologies directly impact a company's success in the market, it is essential to remain competitive. Therefore, the signed agreement is strategically important for the republic. The digital solutions platform Efficiency.rf will help enterprises get involved in the digitalization process and get a new impetus to development," said Rustam Muratov.

Thanks to the memorandum, we will be able to collect feedback and implement the platform's capabilities, taking into account the needs of a particular region. This will increase the success of digitalization processes in each region and, as a result, increase labor productivity. Using the capabilities of the platform, local specialists can form a reasoned digital transformation plan that will help initiate the process within the company, as well as use services for selecting digital solutions, drawing up an implementation plan, and selecting government support measures - this is what helps to take the next step towards digitalization effectively," said Pavel Khristenko, General Director of the DTP.
