All authorities’ actions should be aimed at improving people's lives - Head of Bashkiria

All authorities' actions do not make sense. They will be rightly criticized if they are not aimed at the most crucial thing - improving people's lives, the Head of Bashkortostan emphasized during the announcement of the Address to the State Assembly.

"What are decent living conditions? These are work, good medicine, education, a comfortable environment, sports, and culture.

Today, the country has the lowest unemployment rate in recent history. It is a fact. But now we are worried about something else - there are not enough employees at many enterprises. But our industry is currently actively developing. We have powerful industrial centers in Tuymazy, Neftekamsk, and Oktyabrsky.

Therefore, one of our main tasks is the training of personnel. This is the most important issue for our republic, economy, and progress.

We must ensure that the Man of Labor is the main thing in our life. We summarized the results of the Year of modernization of vocational education, decent working conditions, and labor dynasties. They noted how well they did an excellent job developing the secondary vocational education system. But we should not be limited only to this year, but always and everywhere show honor and respect to the worker.

I appeal to my colleagues and leaders sitting here in the hall or listening to me in every municipality. I ask you always to remember that there should be respect for the working person and the person at the center of our work. I have been talking about this since the first day of my work in the republic," said Radiy Khabirov.

According to him, the main task is decent pay and working conditions.

"I ask the government, together with the Head of Republic administration, to submit proposals for effective coordination of work aimed at suppressing violations of the labor rights of citizens," Radiy Khabirov instructed.
