Bashkiria government discussed new federal support measures

Measures to support the economy and the social sphere were discussed at the government meeting. To protect the domestic market, the ban on the export of certain categories of goods has been extended. The restriction applies to medical equipment, turbines, and other types of products, including some timber products - more than 1.6 thousand items in total.

“Export is prohibited to all foreign countries, except the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. I ask the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations to take these restrictions into account when planning the development of the export activities of the republic,” Prime Minister of Bashkiria Andrei Nazarov said.

Russia adopted the Strategy for Developing the Construction Industry and Housing and Public Utilities last week. The total volume of housing commissioning for 10 years should grow to 1 billion square meters. At the same time, the terms of project implementation should be significantly reduced without reducing the requirements for safety and quality.

Particular attention is paid to the development of preferential mortgage programs. First of all, they should be aimed at supporting families with children and young professionals.

Loans for the construction of individual houses will become widespread. Their number is planned to increase to 500 thousand by 2030.

This will make mortgages more affordable for 60% of Russian families.

The strategy highlights another crucial area - the transfer of a significant number of administrative procedures to electronic forms.

In the housing and utilities sector, the main emphasis is on 99% provision of the population of high-quality drinking water, moreover, from centralized sources. The strategy involves stimulating domestic demand for liquefied natural gas, which will ensure the environmental safety of the territories.

“I ask the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities, and the Ministry of Industry to make proposals on the implementation of the measures outlined by the federal Strategy,” the Prime Minister instructed.
