Bashkiria Industry Ministry and "ERA of Russia" Association signed cooperation agreement at Russian Energy Forum

The Ministry of Industry, Energy, and Innovation of Bashkortostan and the All-Russian Industry Association of Employers in the Electric Power Industry "Energy Employers' Association of Russia" ("ERA of Russia") signed an agreement on cooperation and interaction in the social and labor sphere on the sidelines of the Russian Energy Forum in Ufa.

The parties identified several key areas of cooperation related to the development of social partnership in the organizations of the electric power industry of Bashkiria, ensuring social stability in labor collectives, developing the personnel potential of the republic, increasing labor safety, improving working conditions and labor protection, and promoting balanced tariff regulation in the electric power industry.

“The conclusion of the agreement was preceded by several already implemented joint projects, and therefore the agreement fixes not the abstract intentions of possible future cooperation but institutionalizes and formalizes the effective partnership that has already begun,” said Alexander Sheldyaev, head of the regional ministry.
