We have efficient, fast-working parliament – Head of Bashkortostan said

 “In general, there is a strong and reliable legislative base in the republic. This determines the emergence of the state, legal obligations, the basic principles of economic development and social aspects, and the main provisions in the main documents, of the Constitution. Besides, this is a stable, permanent part,” said the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, answering the question of the Bashinform News Agency after the meeting of the Association of Legislative Authorities of the Volga Federal District Regions.

“Now we don’t need other solutions, so today I especially wanted to thank the deputy corps of Bashkortostan for the prompt response. We worked during the meeting with the parliament when we met quick and useful solutions that time when we were fighting the coronavirus infection. We make decisions related to the conduct of a special military operation, with counteraction to sanctions pressure. Life is in full swing,” said Radiy Khabirov.

A digital transformation of legislative authority’s activities is needed for the parliament to work quickly, as noted by the head of the region.

“We listened with great interest to our colleagues from the regions because the essence of all events that take place within the Volga Federal District is to allow the exchange of best practices. We are very grateful to Igor Anatolyevich here for meeting us. Today we have shown our Republic Management Center, and our colleagues found that its solutions may be of interest to them. We have a very well-coordinated team with heads of regions and the chairmen of legislative assemblies,” Radiy Khabirov said.
