Amendments to the law "On the development of small and medium-sized businesses" have been adopted in Bashkiria. The document was signed by the Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov and reported by the regional parliament press service.
“The law expanded the list of information included in the unified register of small and medium-sized businesses. Now it will reflect data on violations of the procedure and conditions for the provision of state support, including the type of violation committed and the date of its elimination. This will help organizations that decide on the provision of state support to assess applicants more objectively,” explained Chairman of the State Assembly Konstantin Tolkachev.
According to the speaker of the republican parliament, the investment climate in the republic directly depends on the effectiveness of state support measures. The conditions created for doing business are yielding results. Over the past year, the number of small and medium-sized businesses in Bashkiria increased by 4%. In the national investment climate rating, the republic moved up to fifth place.
“Given the difficult situation in the economy, we must ensure the maximum effectiveness of state support measures. Each invested ruble should help business development,” concluded the Chairman of the State Assembly.
