Long-term tourism development strategy approved in Bashkiria
The government of Bashkiria has approved a strategy for the development of tourism in the republic until 2035. The corresponding document is published on the portal of legal information of the region.
As noted in the government decree, the strategy is aimed at the comprehensive development of domestic and inbound tourism in the country by creating conditions for the formation and promotion of a high-quality and competitive tourism product in the domestic and international tourism market. It is planned to achieve this goal by “strengthening the social role of tourism and ensuring the availability of tourist services, recreation and health improvement” for residents of Bashkiria and citizens of Russia, as well as conditions for the successful development of business in the industry.
