Government will simplify procedure for priority social facilities construction

Kindergartens, schools, feldsher and obstetric centers, sports and recreation centers, children's art schools and other social institutions are included in the list of infrastructure facilities, the construction or reconstruction of which can be carried out according to simplified procedures. The order to expand such a list was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

We are talking, in particular, about social facilities, the creation or renovation of which is provided for by the spatial development strategy, national projects, as well as targeted federal, departmental, regional and other programs.

Now land plots for construction can be obtained according to a simplified scheme. In addition, the examination of projects and the planning documents development will be carried out faster. This solution will reduce the overall construction time. Depending on the project, it can range from several months to a year, the press service of the Russian government summed up.

“We will continue to make decisions that help people and their families receive the necessary service and care and enable businesses to reduce costs, and industries to better adapt to external sanctions,” Mikhail Mishustin said.

In addition to social facilities, the expanded list of infrastructure includes checkpoints across the state border. Their accelerated construction will ensure the import of necessary goods into the country in sufficient volumes.
