There is huge potential for cooperation here - Radiy Khabirov about Russian Regions and Belarus Forum

The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, published a post on his telegram channel from Minsk, where the Forum of the Regions of Russia and Belarus is being held. He highly appreciated the possibilities of cooperation with the friendly republic.

 “Hello, Minsk! Hello, brotherly Belarusian people! Today and tomorrow we are working in Minsk and Grodno at the forum of regions of Russia and Belarus. Responsible, businesslike people are here and a huge potential for mutual economic cooperation,” Radiy Khabirov said.

The IX Forum of the Regions of Russia and Belarus opened yesterday in Grodno. It is dedicated to the development of interregional cooperation in deepening integration processes. The organizers of the event expect that about 50 agreements on interregional cooperation will be signed as a result of the event.

Earlier, it was repeatedly noted that cooperation between Bashkiria and Belarus has significant economic potential. Thus, in the next year, it is planned to increase the mutual trade turnover to half a billion dollars, to develop cooperation in the field of tourism and other areas. The jubilee, X Forum of the Regions of Russia and Belarus is planned to be held in 2023 in Ufa.
