Radiy Khabirov confirmed new possible partner in Soda company
This will be trust management of a federal block of shares - the controlling block remains with the republic.
In March 2021, Russia regained the shares of the largest soda producer in Russia, the Bashkir Soda Company (BSC), after which Vladimir Putin decided to transfer 38.3% of the shares to Bashkiria. Another 11.7% plus one share was transferred to trust management of structures that are under the control of the government of the republic. Thus, Bashkortostan has gained full control over BSC, the Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov said during a meeting with the editors of Bashkortostan's leading media.
In April of this year, the company's management addressed the President of the country with a request to consider the issue of ownership.
