21.5 billion rubles are allocated to support IT industry in 2022

This year, the Russian government will allocate 21.5 billion rubles to support the IT industry from the reserve fund. The resolution was signed by Prime Minister Mishustin.

Part of the funds will be used to subsidize the interest rate on loans for companies - it should not exceed 3%. This will provide benefits for the implementation of at least 75 digital transformation projects.

14 billion rubles are directed to increase the size of grants provided for the implementation of projects.

Another area of support is preferential mortgages for company employees. For them, the interest rate on loans taken in 2020-2022 will be reduced to 5% per annum. The 1.5 billion rubles allocated for these purposes will help improve the living conditions of 10,000 IT professionals.

The order was prepared for the implementation of the Presidential Decree "On measures to ensure the accelerated development of the information technology industry in the Russian Federation."
