Operational headquarters is created to ensure socio-economic development of Bashkiria

An operational headquarters has been created in Bashkiria to ensure the socio-economic development of the republic. The corresponding decree was signed by the Head of the Region Radiy Khabirov.

The operational headquarters is headed by Radiy Khabirov. As noted in the document, project offices in various areas of activity are being formed as part of the operational headquarters for ensuring the socio-economic development of the region, headed by vice-premiers of the government. Such offices will have to prepare and submit proposals to Radiy Khabirov.

The decree stipulates the distribution of areas of activity among the vice-premiers. In particular, the adoption of additional measures of targeted support for various categories of Russians who find themselves in a difficult life situation is entrusted to Maxim Zabelin.

Deputy Prime Ministers Maxim Zabelin, Azat Badranov, and Irek Sagitov are responsible for maintaining the availability of social services.

Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of life support facilities, transport, logistics, social infrastructure, educational facilities, healthcare, social services, energy, industry, and communications is entrusted to Raif Abdrakhimov, Maxim Zabelin, Azat Badranov, Rustam Muratov "in the areas of competence established by the distribution of duties."

Rustam Muratov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republican Government, Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy RB, is responsible for conducting current monitoring of retail prices for essential goods, medicines, medical products, and their availability in trade organizations.

Maxim Zabelin is entrusted with real-time monitoring of the situation in the labor market, as well as the implementation of measures to proactively support employment.

Maxim Zabelin, in cooperation with the Acting Head of the Chief of Staff of the Head of Bashkiria, Ural Kilsenbaev, is in charge of taking additional measures to support socially oriented non-profit organizations.

Another area of ​​activity is the adoption of other measures aimed at ensuring socio-economic stability and protecting the population in Russia, including those provided for by the federal law “On the protection of the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies”, supervised by Irek Sagitov in cooperation with Ural Kilsenbaev.

According to the decree, municipal district and urban district heads are recommended to create municipal operational headquarters to ensure the socio-economic development of the respective territory.
