

Russian President Vladimir Putin may announce his annual Address to the Federal Assembly in early March. The sources of the publication named Vedomosti such dates for the announcement of the Address.
A specific date for the announcement of the message has not yet been determined. March 1 and 3 are cited as possible sources.
Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov did not confirm the date of the Address to Vedomosti, promising "to inform in a timely manner" about when the president would speak.
The last time the head of state delivered his Address to the Federal Assembly was in April 2021. Then he paid special attention to socio-economic problems and also promised to give a tough response to any provocations against Russia.
