Head of Bashkortostan delivered speech at Association of Innovative Regions meeting

As part of the Gaidar Forum, in Moscow, Radiy Khabirov participated in a meeting of members of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR). Bashkiria has been included there since 2012.

According to the press service of the Head of the Republic, the results of the organization’s work in 2021 and key tasks for 2022 were discussed there. Also, the members of the Association unanimously re-elected Ivan Fedotov as the director of AIRR, who has held this position since 2016.

Radiy Khabirov, in his speech, thanked the Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of Russia Irek Fayzullin for the joint work and noted that as a result of effective cooperation, last year the volume of housing commissioning in the republic amounted to 3 million square meters.

“I thank the Ministry of Construction of Russia for very effective work. It allowed us to achieve an unprecedented result in our construction complex. There have been no such indicators before in the history of the republic,” Radiy Khabirov said.

The Head of the Region invited all members of the Association to Ufa to celebrate the 450th anniversary of the city in 2024.
