"Kazakhstan is the leading partner of Bashkortostan in the CIS. It is one of the three countries with the most considerable trade turnover. Following the results of 10 months of 2021, the trade turnover between our republics amounted to 330 million US dollars. This is more than during the whole year of 2020.
It would seem that very little time has passed since we visited Kazakhstan in September. But a lot has already been done; essential agreements have been reached. We started to work closely with the regions of Kazakhstan. We have come to the joint Eurasian Economic Center creation and made progress in terms of industrial cooperation. We have opportunities to increase the supply of industrial equipment, agricultural and food products, agricultural machinery, and medical equipment.
In general, the "road map" of our cooperation agreement is scheduled for several years ahead and consists of important events for both parties. I am convinced that today's visit of the delegation of Kazakhstan will also serve to strengthen our partnership," Radiy Khabirov posted.
