Kazakhstan delegation visited Management Center of Bashkortostan Republic

The Head of the Region, Radiy Khabirov, and a delegation of Kazakhstan led by Prime Minister Askar Mamin visited the Management Center of the Republic of Bashkortostan. This was reported by the press service of the Head of Bashkortostan.

The honored guests got acquainted with the possibilities of project management and social monitoring, which are integrated into the Situational Anti-Covid Center, the Development Corporation, and the Center for Strategic Research of Bashkortostan.

In turn, Gennady Razumikin, Minister of Digital Development of the region's Public Administration, spoke about the digital transformation of economic sectors. Today almost every department in Bashkortostan operates in its own information system. There are more than 70 of them. Dashboards integrated into the automated platform have been created for each area.

Thus, the SMW-Bashkortostan system monitors garbage removal and the condition of container sites. At the moment, about 24 thousand such sites have been digitized in the republic. It is possible to monitor the activities of all four regional operators on a daily basis.

Hospitals in Bashkortostan are connected to the information system of the regional Ministry of Health. Online, one can track the work of the vehicle fleet of ambulance stations, the average daily number of teams, etc. The dashboard showed the guests from Kazakhstan clear visuals -  there were 30 more teams on the road every day in the republic in 2021 than in the previous year.

Elena Prochakovskaya, Head of the Center for Management of the Republic of Bashkortostan, spoke about the work of the Center sectors - economic, information, and social communications.

The basis of the Center's activities is the acceptance of requests from social media and feedback from the region's residents. In particular, since the beginning of 2021, almost 134 thousand calls have been received through social networks through the "Incident Management" system and more than 145 thousand through the Feedback Platform. Analysis of appeals helps municipal and republican authorities in their work.

Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin assessed the possibilities of comprehensive analytics of residents' appeals and the scale of digitalization in Bashkortostan.

"We are quite impressed. I know how much attention is paid to digitalization by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. And your experience, data array, number of projects are very significant", Askar Mamin said.

The meeting at the Management Center resulted in the decision to create a sector on digital transformation as part of the working group within the roadmap for cooperation between Bashkortostan and Kazakhstan.
