The authorities will continue to increase the pensions of Russians in 2022 and 2023-2024, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting on economic issues.
"Funds for such indexation are included in the budget. In addition, a decision was made to increase the salaries of law enforcement officials: the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Federal Penitentiary Service, the Federal Customs Service, the National Guard, and others", RIA Novosti quotes the head of state.
Last week, Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov announced that insurance pensions would be indexed by 5.9 percent and social by 7.7 percent next year.
Thus, the average pension of non-working pensioners in 2022 will be 18,521 rubles, in 2023 - 19,477, and in 2024 - 20,469 rubles.
As the Bashinform News Agency previously reported, the average pension in Bashkiria as of July 1, 2021, exceeded 15,320 rubles. This is 826 rubles more than a year ago. The statisticians of the republic provide such data.
