Andrey Turchak and Radiy Khabirov launched seminar of United Russia party project

Today the second day of the federal seminar "Party Leader" for the United Russia party activists is taking place in Ufa. It is attended by 80 members and supporters of the party from all over Russia. All of them are active participants in the “Vverh” (Up) project. The idea of ​​creating a mobile application "Up" was born in the Nizhny Novgorod region more than a year ago.

Secretary of the United Russia General Council Andrey Turchak, who is in Bashkortostan on a working visit, noted that currently, 140 thousand people were already taking part in the project. These are active people who implement social projects and volunteer. Many of them took part in the preliminary voting of the party. During the period of the pandemic, they actively worked in the volunteer centers of the party.

In turn, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, in turn, noted that bright and interesting people of one large team gathered in Ufa, who went through various challenges last year. As a result, according to him, the United Russia party is becoming technologically advanced, developing new projects, including mobile applications.

Natalya Orlova, deputy head of the Central Executive Committee of the United Russia party, said that she, like all financiers, was wary of it before the launch of the project. Still, time had shown that the mobile application turned out to be interesting and bright, like the project participants.

The participants of the "Vverh" project presented their ideas, which, in their opinion, could help in the implementation of social and political projects. Therefore, another goal of the seminar is to teach the project activists how to work with their proposals properly.
