In time, it coincides with the All-Russian Population Census, which is scheduled for August-September.
The timing of the All-Russian Population Census has already been postponed twice due to the coronavirus. According to the draft resolution of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the main stage of the census was planned to be held from August 23 to September 30, 2021.
