Radiy Khabirov made changes to decree on high alert

The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, made changes to the decree on high alert regarding the threat of the coronavirus spread.

According to the new version of the document, citizens arriving in Bashkortostan from foreign countries by any means of transport, including transit through other constituent entities of the Russian Federation, must comply with the mandatory self-isolation regime until the results of laboratory tests for COVID-19 by PCR are obtained.

The requirement does not apply to crew members of aircraft carrying out air transportation, sea and river vessels, train and locomotive crews of international railway traffic, drivers of international traffic vehicles.
