Bashkiria economy needs de-bureaucratization - Andrei Nazarov

The government is returning to regular work from solving urgent tasks to support the economy and society, the Prime Minister of the Bashkir Cabinet Andrei Nazarov posted on his social media following his speech at the 32nd meeting of the State Assembly – Kurultay of Bashkiria, devoted to the results of the government's work in 2020.
"The past year, we went through great trials. It is not much of an exaggeration to call it "extreme". The emphasis was shifted from strategic development to the tasks of the physical survival of the population and the economy, in the literal sense. Now we are back on track, and therefore, it makes sense to remind us about our priorities.
I believe that our government's principal task is to improve the quality of management of the republican economy. It is in dire need of de-bureaucratization. The case of the Ufa and Sterlitamak Infectious Diseases Hospitals construction was indicative in this sense.
I have repeatedly repeated that our republic should become the most comfortable region of the country for entrepreneurs. Only this will make it possible to ensure the economy's growth at the rates that we need. State regulation in our republic must be genuinely effective and smart. I promise that the members of the government will devote all their efforts to this task.
Speaking about last year's results, we managed to break through not just because we are such great fellows here. The federal center rendered us tremendous support. Emergency additional funding, organized on behalf of the President of Russia, has become a powerful help for the regions. It came at the most crucial moment," the Prime Minister noted.
