Third package of measures adopted in Bashkiria will develop economy - Nazarov

As the Bashinform News Agency previously reported, the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, signed an order approving additional measures to increase the stability of the region's economy in 2021.

"In total, the third package included 66 support measures totaling 9.7 billion rubles. In fact, the third package of anti-crisis measures will not only support but develop the economy," Andrei Nazarov, the Prime Minister of the republican government Andrei Nazarov stated.

The third package of economic development covers nine areas. Among them are investment activities, tax incentives, property support, support for entrepreneurship, agriculture, trade, export, industry, employment, and the social sphere.

The third package provides for the prolongation of the most popular and effective instruments of the first two packages, as well as new support measures, including the extension of tax breaks for small and medium-sized enterprises and the abolition of the single agricultural tax.

Besides, support for industrial manufacturers will remain in the purchase of woodworking equipment and forestry equipment, as well as through the Industry Development Fund.

Recall that the first two packages included 58 anti-crisis measures for a total of 30 billion rubles. In particular, tax preferences were provided to enterprises; direct financial support was provided to purchase equipment, promote goods and services on trading Internet platforms.

Also, part of the costs was subsidized to SMEs running family businesses, a mechanism for subsidizing social entrepreneurship was extended to all municipalities of Bashkiria, and grants were provided to export-oriented entrepreneurs.
