Radiy Khabirov became member of renewed State Council

The Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov became a member of the renewed State Council of the Russian Federation. The decree approving the composition of the advisory body was signed by President Vladimir Putin yesterday. The document was published on the official website of legal information.
The State Council included 104 people, and the president himself became its chairman. In addition to the heads of regions, the State Council includes the country's Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matvienko, as well as presidential Chief of Staff Anton Vaino, his first deputy Sergei Kiriyenko, plenipotentiary envoys in the districts. Besides, the head of the Fair Russia party, Sergei Mironov, the head of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Vladimir Zhirinovsky, the head of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Gennady Zyuganov, and the head of the United Russia faction, Sergei Neverov, are in the advisory body. The renewed membership also includes Chairman of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia Mikhail Shmakov and President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin.
Vladimir Putin appointed his assistant Igor Levitin as Secretary of the State Council. The latter also joined the presidium of the advisory body along with the governors of 27 regions of the country. The head of state also approved its composition. Radiy Khabirov is not a part of it this year.
