Head of Bashkiria made changes to decree on high alert regime

The Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov, has made changes to the decree on the high alert regime connected with the threat of the coronavirus infection spread. The document's text has been published on the official Internet portal of legal information of Bashkiria.
The new version of the decree excluded the ban on minors being in shopping centers unaccompanied by their parents, previously in force. The mandatory self-isolation regime, previously introduced for the elderly over 65 years old and those who have chronic diseases, is extended until December 31, 2020, inclusive.
A decision was made on certain points of the decree applied from December 15, 2020, to January 18, 2021. Thus, during this period, cultural, entertainment, sports, fair, and similar events related to the New Year's celebration can be held outdoors, without limiting the number of participants.
During this period, city and regional recreation centers, rural multifunctional clubs, and rural clubs located in regional centers can operate. The district administration will decide on the possibility of clubs working in other types of settlements based on local sanitary and epidemiological situations.
Catering establishments from December 31, 2020, to January 1, 2021, will be able to work around the clock. On other days - from 6 am to 2 am. Visitor admission must be completed at 00:00.
At the same time, establishments should not have dance floors, hookah smoking services. Simultaneously, no more than 50 people can be in the hall, who are required to maintain a social distance of at least 1.5 m. Payments are recommended to be made mainly in non-cash form.
The ban on the activities of night clubs (discos) and other similar facilities remains.
Corporate events cannot be held in state and municipal authorities, as well as in organizations subordinate to them.
Cities and regions of the republic must increase the number of New Year festive sites, ice towns, and skating rinks in their territory by December 15.
