Mandatory self-isolation regime for senior citizens 65+ was extended in Bashkiria until December 31

Bashkortostan has extended the mandatory self-isolation regime for older people over 65. The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, made further changes to his decree on the "High Alert Regime". According to the new version of the document, the mandatory self-isolation regime, previously introduced for the senior citizens over 65, as well as those who have chronic diseases or are sick with COVID-19, is extended until December 31.
The mandatory self-isolation regime is also maintained for those in social institutions until December 31.
Radiy Khabirov also instructed to strengthen checks on citizens' observance of the mask regime, as well as mandatory compliance with the self-isolation regime by citizens over the age of 65.
