Radiy Khabirov was awarded Certificate of Merit of Russian National Guard of troops

Today the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov met with the commander of the Volga District of the Russian National Guard, Colonel-General Alexander Poryadin. The Head of the Region congratulated the commander on the 40th anniversary of the formation of the Russian National Guard troops of the Volga District.

“Now we are reconstructing Sovetskaya Square in Ufa, where we will erect a monument to the Hero of Russia, Major General Minigali Shaimuratov, after whom the Ufa special forces detachment of the Russian Guard was named. We want the Ufa Law Institute graduates to take the oath here, the Ministry of Internal Affairs officers and the servicemen of the Russian Guard hold solemn events", Radiy Khabirov emphasized.

Colonel-General Alexander Poryadin highly appreciated the interaction with the republic in the course of fulfilling the tasks of the National Guard and the effectiveness of joint work to ensure law and order. For assistance in the implementation of the powers entrusted to the troops of the Russian Guard, Alexander Poryadin presented Radiy Khabirov with the Certificate of Merit of the Federal Service of the National Guard of the Russian Federation.
