Radiy Khabirov spoke to defenders of Mount Kushtau

The Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov met with the defenders of Mount Kushtau on August 16. The Head of the Region managed to come to an agreement with eco-activists. “Bashkir Soda Company is leaving the mountain today, and you are leaving too. You have my word that no one will enter the mountain until some compromise solution is reached on Kushtau,” he said.

Besides, the Head of the Region supported the proposal to create a Public Council for Sterlitamak monadnocks and invited the leaders of eco-activists to the first meeting of the council tomorrow.

Khabirov also agreed with the demand of the defenders of the mountain that the Bashkir Soda Company is obliged to clean up all construction and household waste generated in the course of economic activities of the enterprise on Mount Kushtau.
