Bashkiria residents living in Turkey voted at Consulate General of Russia

On July 1, the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Antalya organized a vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation for Russian citizens living in Turkey. It took place at the diplomatic mission premises. A free bus was organized for Russian citizens who live in Antalya.

Nail Sayfullin, a native of Bashkiria, told the Bashinform News Agency that he had arrived at the polling station with his wife.

“Three families (6 people) from Ufa living in Turkey and a total of 15 people from our region Mahmutlar - Alania came here to vote. Despite the 40-degree heat, people with great enthusiasm covered a 150 km distance to cast their votes. We could not miss such an event and stay away from it when the future of our great country is being decided”, said Nail Sayfullin.
