Konstantin Tolkachev headed media rating of parliaments heads of Volga Federal District

The Chairman of the State Assembly - Kurultay of Bashkiria Konstantin Tolkachev took first place in the April media rating of the heads of regional parliaments of the Volga Federal District and fifth place in the all-Russian rating.

Heads of Tatarstan and the Nizhny Novgorod Region parliaments are in second and third places in the Volga Federal District. Among the three best in Russia are the heads of the parliaments of Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Chechnya.

The media rating has been prepared by Medialogia, a research company since 2003, and a leader in media monitoring.

The rating is based on the media base of the Medialogy system. It includes more than 56 thousand media sources: television, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, online publications.

“Medialogy” automatically processes 500,000 media messages and 100 million social media messages daily.
