All pools and cinemas are closed due to coronavirus in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, all swimming pools and cinemas are closed today, and the number of people at events has been limited from 250 to 50 people. It was announced today at a briefing session by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov. He ordered his Chief of Staff, Alexander Sidyakin, to make these changes to the decree on the high-readiness regime today.

Radiy Khabirov also instructed to open two additional observation stations to accommodate potential carriers of coronavirus infection on the border of Bashkortostan with Tatarstan and the Chelyabinsk region. Thus, there will be three of them in the republic.

Starting next Monday, the number of participants in the weekly operational meeting in the government will be also limit from 100 to 50 people.

“It is quite possible that in the course of the development of the situation, we will take additional restrictive measures. Therefore, I ask the residents of the republic to treat this with understanding, ”said Radiy Khabirov.
