Radiy Khabirov instructed United Russia to clarify more actively provisions of Presidential Address

The Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, speaking at a meeting of the regional political council of United Russia, asked his party members to pay special attention to the social part of the Address of the President of Russia. According to him, the measures of social support for families with children, announced by Vladimir Putin, can really help to improve the well-being of families. Radiy Khabirov instructed to study all the provisions of the Address thoroughly and explain them in detail to the residents of the republic.

The Head of the Region noted that Vladimir Putin had paid great attention to the regions, for example, in terms of supporting universities and raising the level of the State Council formed from the heads of the country's subjects. All this will be enshrined in law, in particular, in the Constitution of Russia. Separately, Radiy Khabirov mentioned a topic of free meals in schools for primary school pupils. According to him, if in the republic all the conditions for high-quality nutrition of students in 1-4 grades are created by September 1, then in most schools, this system will begin to work from the new school year. As the Ministry of Education of Bashkortostan reports, 45 republican schools do not have their catering facilities. In 60% of all catering facilities, equipment is worn out and requires updating.
