Radiy Khabirov held meeting on KumAPP development

The working trip of the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov to Kumertau ended with a visit to the production site of one of the leaders in the republic’s engineering industry - the Kumertau Aviation Production Enterprise (KumAPP), which is part of the Russian Helicopters holding.

Formed in 1962 at a mechanical-repair factory, today KumAPP specializes in the manufacture and repair of various helicopter equipment, including under state contracts.

During the work, the plant's staff mastered the production of a wide line of search and rescue, transport, military, medical helicopters of the Ka brand, which operate in more than 30 countries of the world - Brazil, South Korea, China, India, Canada, Portugal, Australia, Japan, and other states.

Radiy Khabirov examined the production workshops, talked with specialists and got acquainted with KumAPP product samples. Here, the Head of Bashkortostan held a working conference on the further development of the enterprise.
