“You are closer to people and you will tell us” - Radiy Khabirov at meeting with ONF

The All-Russia People's Front (ONF) is quite active in the republic and constantly monitors many issues that concern our residents, said the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov at a meeting with the leadership of the ONF regional branch.

During a recent meeting with the co-chairman of the Central Headquarters of the All-Russia People's Front, the president of the National Medical Chamber Leonid Roshal, Radiy Khabirov said that he planned to delve into the work of the ONF regional headquarters to see key issues that concern citizens and use the organization’s potential to quickly respond to problematic issues and their effective solutions.

The head of the ONF regional executive committee, Vitaly Brykin, noted that 65 rural health stations were inspected last year.

“In terms of primary care, we need to work together. This is a real revival of rural medicine, a big process that requires considerable effort. About 330 rural health stations should be fully reconstructed. We will complete this work by 2024. But it is important not only to build a building, but it is also important to maintain it, equip it, have staff there. You are closer to the people and will tell us. I will give a signal to our Ministry of Health so that it responds promptly to your proposals, ”said Radiy Khabirov.

According to Brykin, under the ONF special attention was the repair and construction of roads that were funded through the federal budget. After the intervention of the activists, three roads were found defective in the Ishimbay district and one in Sterlitamak.

The ONF is in control of the situation with dilapidated housing. Last year, after an appeal from residents, activists checked the "prefabricated houses" built in the village of Podymalovo in the Ufa district.

“The construction of these houses was initially carried out with a violation of technology, using low-quality materials,” said Vitaly Brykin.

According to him, now the Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case on this fact after the ONF appeal.

Shamil Valeev, the co-chairman of the ONF regional headquarters, noted that this year one of the priority areas would be preparations for the celebration of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

According to another co-chairman of the headquarters, Denis Musin, patching on the capital’s roads has become an important area of ​​collaboration with the Ufa administration. Radiy Khabirov agreed that this was a big problem, it was sensitive and affects the people’s attitude.

Murad Shafikov, the Project Coordinator for the Ecology, shared his opinion on the ongoing garbage reform. He noted that today there were not enough landfills in the republic, there was a problem with separate garbage collection. The Head of Bashkortostan recalled that tariffs for the population to collect garbage in the republic were among the lowest in the country and last year a lot of work had been done to create a system of container sites, regulate the work of re-operators and it would continue in 2020.
