Radiy Khabirov: Vladimir Putin’s Address is about people

The republic should immediately begin to implement the provisions of the Address of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly. This was announced today at a meeting with members of the Government and heads of municipalities by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov.

A separate block was devoted to solving the demography problems, and Radiy Khabirov recalled that in his September decree he had set the task of bringing the population of the republic to 4 million 100 thousand by 2024. Now the republic, like all regions of the country, will receive significant financial support from the federal center for these purposes.

Construction and commissioning of new kindergartens also require close attention. Speaking of new benefits that families will receive for children from 3 to 7 years, the head of the region instructed to work out mechanisms for receiving these payments.

“Introducing a social contract is a very important issue in 2021. We are already actively working in this direction. Our task so that families can earn money on their own to increase their responsibility. The maternity capital extension, its payment since already January 1, 2020, for first-borns and increasing its amount by 150 thousand for the second child are very important provisions”, said Radiy Khabirov.

The President set the task in 2021 to connect all schools to high-speed Internet. Music schools, art schools also need improvements. About 22 billion rubles are allocated for these purposes. Radiy Khabirov instructed to prepare all the necessary applications for federal funds in time.

Starting September 1, teachers will begin to receive new bonuses for class supervision. In the republic, this amount together with the regional surcharge will amount to 7,700 rubles.

Radiy Khabirov also focused on the task to increase state-financed openings in regional universities. So far, the republic lags behind the neighboring regions in this matter and it has room to grow.

Radiy Khabirov asked the Chairman of the State Assembly of Bashkortostan Konstantin Tolkachev to engage the deputy corps in the explanation of the proposals made by the head of state.
