Radiy Khabirov shared his impressions of President's Address to the Federal Assembly

The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, shared his impressions of the Address made by President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly.

“The maternity capital is increased by 150 thousand rubles. There will be a maternity capital for the first child. It is wonderful (we could not even dream of it!) that the benefits will now be paid for children from 3 to 7 years old. It was a huge problem when after 3 years the allowances were over and the parents spending on children only increased further. It’s also important - a little earlier, I lacked the resolve to make free hot meals for children of all primary classes. Fortunately, our president has made that decision”.

According to the head of the republic, these were “wonderful, very humane items of the Address”.

“But, most importantly, the President clearly indicated that the greatness of the country lies in the dignity of citizens and high standards of their lives. I am sure that we will stick to it for a very, very long time, ” Radiy Khabirov posted.

In his interview with reporters, the Head of Bashkiria drew attention to the second part of the Address, having named it very important.

“The president gave a clear signal to strengthen the role of regions and governors in the development of our country. It is also within the framework of changing the Constitution. This is strengthening the role of governors in cooperation with federal structures as part of the State Council, which will become a constitutional body. This is providing us with a number of rights regarding public tenders, employer-sponsored education at universities. This is an expansion of opportunities for the development of our regional universities. This is also a pressing issue for us”, he marked.
