Konstantin Tolkachev: tasks set in Message by Head of Republic are ambitious but achievable

“The speech delivered by Radiy Khabirov is distinguished by the courage of the tasks set, the ambitiousness and scale of the plans for the region’s development,” said the Speaker of the republican parliament Konstantin Tolkachev commenting on the Annual Message of the Head of Bashkortostan to the State Assembly.

According to him, as in the past year, the Head of Bashkortostan paid key attention to the issues of development and implementation of legislation, large-scale projects in the fields of education, health, agriculture, housing, and public utility services, transport, youth, and social policy.

“Particular stress has also been put on solving demographic problems. The importance of attracting investment in the region and implementing national projects in the republic, reducing unemployment, and supporting entrepreneurship were indicated. Tasks have been set for the complete elimination of corruption, the revival of the republic’s river fleet, the development of such priority areas of the economy as chemistry and petrochemistry, energy, smart devices, and aviation,” said the Speaker of the republican parliament.

Konstantin Tolkachev said that, of course, the deputy corps would do everything necessary to solve the set tasks.
