New pools and skating rinks construction may require 4.44 billion rubles in Bashkiria

The Government of Bashkiria is developing a program for the construction of new swimming pools and ice rinks. Today, after the “Construction Hour” session, the Head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov, wrote in his social media that, by 2024, “pools would be built in 16 districts that had never been there before. To save money, we will use standard designs that include not only the pool itself, but also a gym or, in some cases, an indoor ice rink. There are already 210 swimming pools in the republic, but this is not enough. ”

It is determined that the swimming pools will be built in the following municipalities: Arkhangelsky, Bakalinsky, Blagovarsky, Belokataysky, Duvansky, Kaltasinsky, Karaidelsky, Karmaskalinsky, Kiginsky, Nurimanovsky, Sterlitamaksky, Ufimsky, Chekmagushevsky districts, in Mezgorye, Birsk and Shakha neighborhood of Ufa. It was decided to build almost all pools with 6-8 lanes 25 m long.

A pool and skating rink will be built in the Mesyagutovo settlement. The issue of building a skating rink in Birsk and Kushnarenkovo is under discussion.

The implementation of the project may require up to 4.44 billion rubles. It is possible to get up to 1.5 billion rubles of these from the federal budget through participation in various programs, the Minister of Youth Policy and Sports Ruslan Khabibov reported.
