First All-Russian Forum of Young Civil Servants started in Ufa

Yesterday, the first All-Russian Forum of Young Civil Servants, organized by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports of Bashkortostan, began its work in Ufa. It brought together more than 400 participants aged 18 to 35 years old - representatives of various structures of federal executive bodies, as well as graduates of managerial programs of higher education institutions.
The official start of the event was given by the Chairman of the Committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia for Education, Science and Culture Lilia Gumerova.
On behalf of the head of the region Radiy Khabirov, a welcoming speech was delivered by the Interim Minister of Youth Policy and Sports of Bashkiria Ruslan Khabibov. “Our republic has become the first venue where the Young Civil Servant Forum takes place. We tried to create all the conditions so that the goals and objectives that we set for ourselves in this forum would be realized, ” the Interim Minister noted.
The forum will last in the capital of Bashkiria until October 29. As part of the educational program, participants are expected to hear lectures from leading Russian practitioners, have panel discussions with the experts from the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as seminars with the subsequent development of decisions on pressing issues of the state civil service development in the Russian Federation.
It is also planned that the All-Russian Forum of Young Civil Servants will result in the improvement of the structure of bodies for conducting departmental youth policy, more efficient use of the professional, scientific, creative and organizational potential of young employees, as well as will increase the attractiveness and prestige of the state civil service.
