The Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov was included in the rating of the most cited leaders of the Russian regions for September 2019.

ИА REGNUM presents the rating of the most cited heads of regions of the Russian Federation published by IAS Medialogia and informs that the governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, took first place in the media rating. His media index, an indicator that allows a qualitative analysis of the effectiveness of regional leaders in the field of public relations, amounted to 257 176.3 (23 443 reports). “Also, the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin with media index of 211,587.3 (26,774 posts), the head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov with a citation index of 97,328.3 (12,993 posts), also entered the rating of the most cited regional leaders according to the Medialogy version,” the report says.

They were followed by the governor of the Chelyabinsk region Alexei Teksler and the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksyonov. As the REGNUM explains, the citation index based on the media including more than 52 thousand sources formed the rating. The rating data were calculated as of October 9, 2019.
