Radiy Khabirov presented state awards in honor of upcoming Republic Day in Ufa

On the eve of Republic Day, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov presented state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan. The ceremony was held in the columned hall of the Ministry of Agriculture in Ufa. Total, 62 people were awarded orders, ranks, insignia, diplomas, and appreciation letters.

Radiy Khabirov presented the awards in a variety of spheres: industry, construction, energy, communications, public service, trade, social services, healthcare, education, science, culture and art, print and mass media, physical education and sports.

Among other people present at the ceremony, he also congratulated the outstanding artist of modern realism in painting, the famous scientist, specialist in the history of Bashkir literature Giniyatulla Kunafin, the republic’s best ophthalmologist, head of the children's microsurgical department of the Ufa Eye Research Institute Ildar Zaydullin and all awardees on the upcoming holiday.
