The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, at a plenary meeting of the strategic session of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Utilities of Russia, proposed creating a program for the improvement of rural settlements.
Housing and public utilities are one of the most pressing topics for our residents, and always in the center of attention of regional and local authorities, the head of Bashkiria noted. Now we have a chance to make our cities beautiful and comfortable. Within the framework of the “Comfortable Urban Environment” national project, it is completely reformatted, the head of Bashkiria said.
Radiy Khabirov spoke about the achievements of his management team: “We noticed how dark our cities and villages are - the daylight hours are quite short in Russia, the winters are long. We thought that we should illuminate the streets, and came up with a local street lighting program. This year alone, 630 million rubles were allocated for this. Lighting means not only design but the comfort and safety of our residents. ”
“In general, for a short period of the national project implementation, we have realized that everything related to housing and public utilities is really big science. Parks were mainly created back in Soviet times, and have long been outdated. Now there are new concepts, new materials. It is very important to receive support in this regard to keep up with progress”, said Radiy Khabirov.
According to him, projects in the housing sector are introducing civilization into our lives, transforming the world around us.
“This year we make 400 yards, and each playground should have a soft coating, now this is a mandatory requirement. That is, the world around us is really transforming, and people are grateful for this, ”said Radiy Khabirov.
The extended strategic session "The main directions of the housing and public utilities development in the Russian Federation" is being held in Ufa on October 3 and 4.
