Business should have confidence in authority – Radiy Khabirov

Business confidence in authority is a base of favorable investment climate, the Head of Bashkortostan Radi Khabirov said, finishing the V small and medium business forum of SCO and BRICS countries. “I always said that authority, no matter regional or federal, should be friendly in relation to business and even supervising activity mustn’t lead to the liquidation of business structures, authority and business have to be partners. When we reach this goal, things will run well” – the Head RB believes. Radiy Khabirov has also added that Republican authority will work over the attraction of foreign investors and opening special economic zones can help in this direction. “We open the first zone and as soon as we understand it is working, we immediately open the second one”. The strategy of foreign trade is reconsidered and strengthened, the Head RB stated. “In March we’ve opened Republican representative office in Austria. Its main goal is to provide for interaction between local businesses and that in Western Europe. In November same office with the same goals will be opened in Istanbul. By 2024 we intend to open such offices in eight countries; this is our instrument for widening our foreign economic activity. We also hope to start grain export to Iran in the nearest future, Radi Khabirobv stated.
